I had an car accident in 1991 had a pay out 8 years latter ,been in and out of hospital with mental problems ,alcohol and antidepressants im now bankrupt.is it possible to clam again as i blame the lawyer .as i had no canceling of any kind.

I think once you sign the papers to accept a settlement it usually states that it will be a full and FINAL settlement. I know that was the wording on mine when i got paid out for an accident i had so i dont imagine you would be able to claim again. However, to be sure maybe you should consult a solicitor.
