I can't believe how much better I do feel Angela.I'm sure it's not just the pool thing.Something seems to have 'clicked'.I know I have a very long journey to go, but somehow I feel more in control and certainly less pre occupied with the whole IVA thing.I felt as though everyone new my stuff and I wasn't as good as I was before and certainly not as 'good' as other people.Silly I know but an over riding feeling of inadequacy(sp) pervailed(sp)- I should stop attempting to use posh words when I don't have a spell check!!This forum has contributed alot. It's brilliant. Thanks again to you all x

Hi on the subject dont go with fitness first,I joined just before my IVA so I tried to cancel it after my IVA but they only let me freeze it.I am still paying £7.50 while frozen but at the end of this month the freeze runs out and I have to pay £251 to cancel If not the contract runs for a 2nd year....They are rip off merchants.
