Hi everyone I am still here and keep reading all the great advice you give. Just wondered if there was a post or website with rough guide to allowed expenses on IVA I know all cases are different but dont want to miss anything off. I hope to do equity release IVA but if I can afford to pay some more then I would like to as we made this mess and spent their money but our income will not be that big so an idea of allowences would be great.

Thanks Melanie never noticed link to your website will have a look now.

Oh by the way we have an offer on our shop we are concidering too so may have less to pay form our equity release when we do it so creditors will get better p to £. I know its early days but I am excited for our future for the first time in ages.

Thanks again

It's under IVA enquiry. Don't worry, I will tell my team that you were just using the form for general purposes rather than making a specific enquiry!

Good luck with the shop sale, that is good news.
