Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone else had used Group on before. We often keep an eye on the offers, and have signed up to a number of discounted things like spa days, hotel stays and the like. In these times of frugalness, some luxuries are not as far out of reach as you may think!

I've seen it DK but never really looked at it.

Never heard about KGB deals. Will have to look at it!

Jan - I would recommend Group On! I get the daily email, and there are two or three offered for the location you want. I got my car serviced with a 70% discount, and I booked OH Christmas spa through it, saving 60%. Loads on their for top end hairdressers as well with really good discounts!

KGB deals, similar to groupon, but you have longer to decide to purchase the deals.

I might have a look. Hairdressers wouldn't do me though - only costs me £12 for a cut these days!

Just be careful with Groupon - they were on Watchdog a few weeks ago. Apparantly people have paid for the deals but when they've tried to book they were over subscribed and they then struggled to get thei money back.

I did subscribe but got fed up with the emails as there was never anything that interested me!

I heard that Skip - I think the spa days and hotels are popular and they can't always cope with demand.

My friend used a hotel deal via groupon and had a great time, she did say a lot of the other guests were "groupons" [:)]
