Have you got all the account numbers etc - I cant remember who you bank with - but you should be able to get a SO set up (on Line) and start making the payments yourself - scrap their idea of a Direct Debit (clearly this isnt working).

If they work in the same way as us, you will have a unique bank account to hold and distribute your money - so you would need the sort code and account details specific to your designated account.

Kyla - you could always ask for a counter cheque at your bank and send that off.

I knew there was going to be a rep from Grant Thornton joining the forum soon, as this was mentioned in a previous post. Doesn't look like they have started posting yet. Why don't you put out a post with the heading "For the attention of the Grant Thornton expert" and see if you get a response. Might be worth a try.

I am reliably informed that the GT representative will be on-line very shortly, and am sure that all forum members will make them feel welcome and appreciate their input.

Grant Thornton enroled as a member 29th July. Probably taking the time to read through the threads raising concerns before making a post, which I think would be a sensible start. Being a GT client I extend a welcome but hope I don't have the need to air any problems myself.[:)]
If we all threw our problems in a pile and saw everyone else’s, we’d grab ours back.

Funds paid to date accepted as F&F 16th August 2013, the wait for completion begins.

I'm sure the details will be updated shortly and the poster will be joining us.

It will be good to have another expert on board.
