[:D] well i must say that after all the ups and downs i have had with the change over from B&E to GRANT THORNTON i think they have finally got on top of things as last month they didnt take my first payment for my iva (you may remember me having a little worried rant about it ha ha!!) but after an email they did get back to me and said i could pay both payments when the 2nd was due today, they said they would call me to take the payments....i did have doubts but at 9a.m this morning a very polite young lady called asks how i was and if i have time to make my payment yey finally a load off my mind and bank account lol i did manage to not spend it and im finally happy to be told my direct debit has now been set up for next months payment and that should be all i hear from them until my first review happy days [:D][:D] oh and they do actually answer the phone when you call within a minute , just thought i would pop in and say hi and i do keep reading everyones post it is nice to come in and chat to people in the same situation be back soon kyla xx

Good news Kyla, glad they got it sorted and hopefully you won't have any more glitches.

Fingers crossed, touching wood. I never had a problem with BE and so far no problems with GT.
Life is good, a lottery win would make it GREAT though [:D][:D][:D]
