Here we go again folks ... had an email from my IP to say that the meeting has been adjourned AGAIN to 12th May as a response to a request from Max Recovery who are now one of my main creditors.

They are obviously taking time to consider things therefore ... is this a good or a bad thing?

I reckon that's a good thing, Debbie, I really do. So sorry it's been delayed again, you must be fed up. Try and enjoy the meeting tomorrow, I really wanted to go but a bit far for me and I'm working. I'll wish you good luck next weekend. Love Viki X

I think it is a good thing Debbie as at least they are considering your proposal not just refusing it. Hopefully your IP will be able to work with them and get you sorted.

You must be really fed up by now, best of luck on the 12th

Sorry to hear your news Debbie. You get yourself all psyched up and then they pull the rug from under your feet.

Fingers crossed for the 12th.

Sorry to hear about this again Debbie, but they've not said no that's how I'd look at it.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

To say good luck seems alittle inadequate, particulary when you're so positive and supportive of others on the forum, but...good luck for the 12th.Cat
