Hi Mark,

If it is a no then you may have to look at a DMP but it does depend of your personal circumstances. If you have no assets at all bankruptcy is always an option and does not have as bad a stigma attached to it as it used to. I am sure however that you will be fine mate

I know mate that is the worst bit but once it is over and you get your answer which I am sure will be YES, you will be on that great road (although long) to debt freedom

Some of them take longer than others. We heard within 30 mins of ours, but others have been far longer.

Wouldn't worry too much - I know it is stressful, but no news is good news!

I was just about to open a new topic to see if you had heard anything!

So pleased it was the right result. You enjoy that feeling of relief this weekend!

Yes Mark, you probably will still get letters and phone calls for a while, but it's great when you can tell them the news!

Mine still even had the cheek to ask for a payment even when I told them I had an IVA - no chance!!!

So it's 1 down and 59 to go then!
