You can go on
www.iva.com and see if anyone has used UK debt helpline and how they have rated them.
We always advise people on this forum to contact at least 2 or 3 debt solution companies, this cancels out ill advice and also re-assures the individual that they are making the right option.
It is completely normal to be nervous, but the great thing about this forum is that there are people here who are in the same place whether that be beginning their IVA process or further along the journey.
