Hope all goes well Julia and you can find a resolution to this as it seems very stressful for you.

Good Luck
Be positive & look after yourself, there are more important things in life than debts....

Best Wishes

I suspect that you may need to be prepared to pay that Julia, especially as creditors have only recently agreed one variation and are unlikely to be too pleased to pay for a second one. Speak to your own IP for absolute clarification on this point.

Really Melanie? ooh where would i get that from? Could I use the money I would still be paying into IVA until the variation meeting or they agree (hopefully) How long would it usually take?

Do you mean using your monthly contributions? I doubt that would be acceptable.

I could not comment on the time it ought to take your IP to put the offer forward - that is something you will need to discuss with them directly.

Melanie is right - but it should not cost that much to articulate in a letter for a new variation and the cost should come out of the pot. Speak to your Supervisor (IP)

Why not do both - but if you put a read and delivery receipt on the e-mail, you will know that the IP has received the mail directly. This can be beneficial in a large organisation, where the IP probably does not ever see their post.

Go to options on your Outlook toolbar, and is should ask you if you want to have a read and delivery receipt.

Not normally my field of expertise, but I can do this one.

Click on tools on your outlook, click options, you will be in a sub folder marked preferences, click e mail options, then click tracking options and you can then just tick for a read receipt and/or a delivery receipt.

Regards.
