We have currently completed 2 yrs of our IVA and are looking to offer our a full and final settlement to our creditors. Our annual review sayswe can offer 30p for every pound owed.

We can remortgage to release the equity on our home to pay our creditors.

What is the process and how do we get a mortgage considering we have an IVA. Please expert advice required. Thanks
