FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT OFFER DRAGGING ON -
I made a F&F offer for £5k back in August and have not heard anything back from my IVA company Blair Endersby apart from a review conducted in October. Getting worried! Will I still have to pay the £5k as since then I have made 4 x £300 payments?

Hi
Have they actually put your offer to your creditors, or acknowledged your offer ?

What are the reasons for you wanting to offer an early settlement?

I don't know if they have put the offer to the creditors. I rang them a few days ago and was told that someone will get back to me this week.

The reason I have offered an early settlement is that my father-in-law has offered me the money. My wife and I had a baby a few months ago which as you know is expensive and there are no opportunities for overtime / pay rise at work so we are struggling to meet the monthly payments. I am getting increasingly stressed about our financial situation so my father-in-law kindly offered to settle the IVA for us

If you are getting no joy with the office staff, try emailing your IP direct via this link:

You might find that you get some answers that way.
