Thanks for your kind words and delighted we got a result. It does seem to be getting more common where large debts are being settled for low amounts. Still beats bankruptcy even at 1.27p in the £

Outstanding Michael, just outstanding. I have no idea how you blagged that?(I understand that's the technical term in a case like this) You are a very lucky person to have him on your side, but well done 1.27p in the pound, that's about 7k then OMG I have to keep re reading it and a F&F I'm lost for words...

Awesome - and in the same week we got two cases accepted at 3p and 4p in the £. Just goes to show that creditors are getting far more flexible in their voting attitudes.

WOW...1.27p in £. Well done Michael and team and good work Melanie....lets hope creditors are as forthcoming in "variations" where neccessary.
I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!

Posts like these are fantastic and should give hope to anyone who fears that their 'low' dividend offer will not be accepted.

Just shows that if the evidence is well presented creditors will always go for it.
