Glad you are finding the support on the forum helpful, in the absence of this from the firm actually representing you.

Head up and stay strong Rich456. I absolutely second what others have put on this thread. Don't talk about leting yourself or others down when you have had the guts to face up to things and are trying your damnedest to put it right. Highly experienced and clearly very able and client-aware IPs have given their views on here and hopefully that will bring you a little peace of mind. It would me if I were in your position. It's easy to foresee the worst and all that, but even if you are currently 'in the dark', don't be tempted to operate in it. We are all with you and behind you on this.

Good luck from me too Rich and as for you letting peoole down, i'm sure non of them would say that you have. Hang on in there and hopefully you will get the answer you need, in relation to the antidepressants, could you enquire whether you are entitled to free prescriptions and to be honest they will take up to 3/6 weeks to kick in. Fingers crossed, positive thoughts coming your way. xx
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

Hi All, have just received my meeting date. I received two letters. One is a circular which lists all my creditors amounts owing, my Income and expenditure form, my offer and voting paper. The other one is a copy of a letter addressed to my Mortgage company. Is it normal to send my Mortgage company papers ? Also received form... Rule 8.1 / form 8.1 Do I need to sign this ?
