Do you know why the Insolvency Exchange have rejected your proposals Rich? In my experience this is very rare so long as you have demonstrated that you are making best offer and the proposals have been well presented.

Not seen another question from you though - which thread is it on?

Hi All,
just wanted to update all of you. My full and final settlement has now been accepted with some mods, ie an increase in the final dividend that I was offering. Obviously we have had to find more money but we have managed it, just ! So hopefully my IVA will now complete without any further problems. Thanks again so much to all that have advised and supported me, without you I dont know where I would be. Much love Rich xxx now I can give more time to helping others on the forum

Hi Rich45. I am so pleased for you. Well done for finally getting it accepted. I am quite new to this Forum, but I think it'd a fabulous service, and I can feel everyone really routing for each other. It's great that you want to continue with it too. Hope everything goes well for you in future, especially with your IVA behind you!
