Recieved a phone call today to say that one of the creditors required a new monthly expenditure, i'm taking this as a positive...they haven't just said no...

A step in the right directions I think.

There must have been a new I&E on the variation. Why do they want another?

They didn't ask for a new income and expenditure at any point through the full and final process...maybe they were meant to and forgot, and that's why they want it now?

your creditors will want to see a new I&E to determine if the full and final settlement offer is a good one. If you are currently showing a large surplus creditors would let the IVA run it's course which is why they are asking for one now.

My full and final settlement was accepted! 20p in the £ will be returned to my creditors...originally I would have paid back 39p in the £. My creditors seemed to have taken on board my changes in circumstances and my IP obviously presented it well.

So pleased...thanks everyone for your help and support...
