just an update
we have made an offer of £2700 +4 more payments to cover time scale and increase the offer.meetimg in late october.
she has already made payments of £740 over the past 9 months.
does this seem like a reasonable offer?
well i suppose we will see anyway come october[:)]

Creditors can ask for more but it is unlikely as your IP will have advised that this was best offer. Fingers crossed.

hopefully this will be enough as we are not paying for it.
as she only has one creditor to ask would they wait for the meeting date or could they let ip know before then.
