I've got a creditors meeting date set for 26th April and cannot wait for it. I've got everything crossed for it because i don't know what i'll do if they reject.
We've put an offer of £10k that we have borrowed from my father in law which gives the creditors a dividend of 14p. Northern Rock have approx 50% of the debt so it's largely in theirs hands.
This IVA means everything to me and my family including our 2 year old, i just so hope that 26.4 is our lucky day !!!!
Melanie Giles and her team have put together our proposal and have been fantastic in supporting me and my husband.
