Hi Tristan,

Was a breakdown of receipts and payments included with your variation? The exact figures should be clearly stated there.

As Michael says, most IPs will treat this as an expense of the IVA. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable otherwise- do you know of any IVA companies that ask for this cost in addition to the agreed IVA payments Michael?

I've never had a variation fee request turned down - Michael which creditors are doing this to your knowledge?

Hi What is a variation fee cost? does it apply to a F&F one off IVA? or is it for IVA's that run for months & are then settled with a F&F offer?

I think it is for those who are already in an IVA as it is a variation for their IVA and not an initial offer.

A variation fee relates to work carried out in varying an existing IVA.

had my CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION in the post today [:D]

im going to sell the house and rent for a while will i pass their credit checks now from the letting agency
