Hi

I've been in my IVA for 15 months, my Dad has decided he would like to make a third party offer of full and final settlement.

I have made 15 payments to date of £3400
i have 45 payments left at £257 a month.

total debt was £16500.

My dad was thinking of a figure around £9000 as full and final, is this likely to be accepted??

regards

It is tight if you can still maintain the current payments but creditors may accept. If there has been a change of circumstances and your surplus has decreased it would be more likely to be accepted.
