This is the first time i have posted on this site, but i have visited this site at least 3 times a week since our IVA commenced 3 years ago. I have found it helpful and any questions i had burning in my mind, are also in the minds of others in a IVA and they were all answered on this site at some time or another. Our IVA went swimingly until Christmas this year when we had our first baby. Obviously money was tight and then the little one came early. I am really postng this as we are/were with DFD and they could not have done more for us. I was so hormonal with the birth and money worries would have finished me off. They reduced payments and could not have done any more for us and the really nice thing is they were lovely while they were doing it. A family member offerd us some money and a full and final offer was acceped 2 weeks ago. Throughout the whole process i have not enough praise for DFD after getting ourselves into debt, they did not judge us and they treated us like human beings which was really refreshng after being chased by creditors. So this is not only my first post but also my last, but i feel i have to express my feelings this site has made be both laugh and nearly cry at some of the post over the last 3 years, this site along with a good IVA company, and i will sing DFD's praise as long as the day is long. i feel that i have been supported through the past 3 years. so good luck to you all and i hope that you all become debt free in the futre.
