Ah thanks Mel....I'll let you know neare the time, I'm hoping hubby will be well enough to return to work soon, so the chances are he will be working that day.

Last year was a bit stressful for us as it was our first FF, and it is a bit daunting.
This year I am so looking forward to renewing old acquaintances and making new friends.

It is daunting when you don't know anyone (as we didn't last year). I had people I had spoken to via email, but it's different to meeting face to face.
However, I will say that it's not that scary, we are all very friendly and everyone is made to feel at home.

Morning all, what is the rough cost of the hotel in Birmingham ? As for the name badge, i have no objections to wearing one and fair to say, if asked, i am attending the annual peasants and paupers reunion!
Mel will be sorting the venue out, don't know exactly where it will be yet but there is usually a deal to be negotiated for the rooms.
She has said she will let us know next week.
We always say that we are a group of like minded people who meet up several times a year around the country for a social evening.
