Angela will definately have badges for everyone if that is what you want. Last time we did badges, the hotel staff were asking what we were all doing, and some people found that a little embarrassing, so any ideas on what we can pretend to all be doing?
If there is a seperate room for the meeting then you could do it in there.
I have no objection to having mine beforehand and being in the bar wearing it so people can either come up and speak to me - or do a runner when they see me![:D][:D]
At least then people can be pointed in the right direction and badges can be given out in the room.
