Hi,

Unfortunately these things are taking time at the moment.

Once you get it then you will be totally debt free - you'll need to check your credit record with all three agencies to see if any defaults have been registered after the date of IVA acceptance. If so then you need to write to the data controllers of those companies, enclosing a copy of your completion letter and tell them to remove those defaults.

I think that you need to get the IVA supervisor to give you a full update with what exactly is holding up the closure of your case, and when they expect to have matters finalised by.

Hi Lloyd, if you are waiting on the issue of your completion certificate then you should receive a letter in the next few days explaining how we are going to proceed.
If you have any questions once you receive the letter then please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you cannot get hold of your case officer.
Many Thanks
