I was advised that my IVA would be extended for another 12 months, due to there being equity in my house, I was devastated, I was so focused on ending my IVA that I wasn't aware that if equity couldn't be released then the term would be extended. I thought my property had been over valued, I had numerous valuations but all were roughly the same as the IP had advised, I was gutted. My fantastic Mother in Law offered to lend me money to offer a F&F, the offer was made just before Christmas, the F&F meeting is on the 12th Feb 10:30, fingers crossed !!!
Now the wait for completion certificate!!
