Iam going into my last 10 months of my Iva and I pay 290 month. I've just landed a big win and wonding will there take all my winnings of me. Cheers

They will take as much of the winnings that will potentially pay off your original debts in full plus fees and possibly statutory interest.

Anything left will be yours.

Yes this will be a windfall and you have to declare it and pay it over to your IVA or you could be in breach and fail the IVA causing all sorts of issues.
