Hello Everyone

Great news my fathers offer has been excepted 100% by my creditors..
He paid the sum yesterday over the phone so I should get my completion details some time in June.

I would like to thank you all for your support and advice Forums have some what become my lifeline since Mums illness Im always on the Dematia fotum looking for advice and just like on here, its nice to no your not alone in your situation.

Even though I will be paying my father back I will pay much smaller payments and after 3 years tied to my IVA It feels amazing to be out of it.

I have many friends who have gone bankrupt and who thought I was silly going down the IVA path but I do feel pleased with myself for keeping going and trying to right my debts.
When I started 3 years ago I never thought I would have my life back as I really was living on air at times.

Good to everyone with your Journeys and once again THANK YOU all so much

xx

Well done Lucy and hopefully was worth all the worry. It shows creditors will look realistically at settlements and should help others who are considering full and final offers.
