Hi there, it can be a stressful time the lead up to the final part, I'm sure a good proposal will be accepted. The best solution for you will be offered on Friday as you're with a great company who know their stuff.

All the best and remember we're all here to help suport you every step of the way. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi JMW. It's not a nice feeing at all waiting for it all to go through.

Mine took 12 weeks from initial contact to creditors meeting, so you can imagine the ferocity of some of my creditors by that stage!

Here's hoping you get the outcome you want on Friday. Your creditors can't harm you; if they call just be firm and polite to them.......I know it's hard but the forum is here for you!

Take care

It just takes time, and understandably you feel helpless right now.

You've done what you need to do, VB know what they're doing, it's in their hands now.

What will be will be, but you can't make it happen any quicker. Try and relax, knowing you're doing the right thing.

Let us know how you get on, keep smiling

Just remember every day is a step closer - you've already done the hardest bit, facing up & contacting someone to help clear your debts. So be proud of yourself [;)]

Good luck for the Friday phonecall and please use this site for help and support.

I think the most recent bank statements and wage slips and upto date credit statements and insurances . nothing i dont have to hand. plus signatues on authority to act on my behalf. then they will draft proposal so next week should get it moving.[^]

That sounds straighforward, you'll get your creditors meeting before you know it.

You're "sounding" more positive now [:)]

Yes I think I am julie, thanks for your support.
I think its waiting for the post to come back and forth that frustrates me but I will feel better when the letter of authority goes back and I can relax and know they are dealing with creditors on my behalf!

It is a frustrating & stressful time, but once the IVA is under way, you'll see its all been worth it.

Make sure you take copies of any documents you send - just in case anything goes missing in the post. I don't think it happens often, but just in case.
