Glad you're feeling better FD. Long may it continue!

Hoorah for that FD!!

If I were you, I'd keep joining in on the forum from time to time just to keep in touch. And don't forget to see your GP (well - another GP!!) if you feel you need a bit of help.

Anxiety and depression are nothing to be ashamed of - I always come clean about my health when I think any of my team are struggling to let them know I understand all about mental illness. All my family and friends know and they are a great help in down periods.

I've suffered from depression and stress at several times during my adult life and have always sought help from the GP when I've had to.

Just remember hun, it's not just the person with cancer that suffers, the family also go through a traumatic period. Although I know you need to be strong for her, you also need to look after yourself. You'll be no help to anyone if you make yourself ill.

Glad you are feeling happier.[:D]
