i got my creditors meeting at end of apr sometimes i feel yeah it will be fine sometimes i feel no chance it is gna be rejected. and yeah understand ip wd not put proposal forward unless they thought it wd go through. oh well if it is a no i will be back to square one guess i wd have to go bankrupt which is not ideal i wd not wna lose my car even tho it is a 12 yr old golf with a max value of 1200 private sale or 850 trade

We all go through this emptyspaces, it's quite natural.

Try not to worry - I'm sure it will go through ok and you are unlikely to lose your car, even if you went bankrupt.

thanks for the kind coments they really do help i guess the main thing is that i feel less stress then i did before i started all this iva process well i say less stress probly onlly 5% less stress so that is one posertive. i finde it hard to be posative i am not half glass half full person never have been haha i look at it as the glass is empty before it was full but from that full glass no more. when times where plentifull. thanks again everyone. and sorry my spelling is so bad but at least it is not as bad as my previous budgeting skills. learning how to budget is a sharp shock to the system but i am trying

Think how much the stress will be taken away when it's approved. I know for myself the stress of no creditors was the best thing about the IVA.
