Noticed that there was a new pop up recently and that made me decide to check a couple of things.
The ICO registration appears to have expired and should not be used.
The Data Protection Act 1998 is still being quoted rather than Data Protection Act 2018 so the site is not GDPR compliant.
Also, the Cookie Policy does not appear to have been reviewed in the last 8 years.
Quoting an ICO registration that is not valid is probably unintentional, but is a little misleading, especially where you are suggesting that this site can be use to identify who to call (0161 730 0122) for further help.
All of the above does not take away from the help and support who contribute to this board.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
