I believe that you can include anything up to the date of the bankruptcy.

Can I ask which firm you are using to assist you?

Amanda - I deleted your new question as it was basically a duplicate of this.

Hi Amanda - what company are you using? Do you have to pay a fee?

Reviva are usually very good, and I'm surprised you've not heard anything back from them. Try again on Monday.

You could try posting on the sister site to this

http://www.bankruptcyhelp.org.uk/bankru ... topics.asp

Paul Johns of Reviva posts on there often.

That's great news Amanda. Having met Paul myself I can confirm that he is a really nice guy and he will guide you through safely.

Good luck with the court - I don't think it's as bad as people think and we look forward to hearing from you when you are debt free!

In the meantime, any help or support you need, just remember where we are.
