As I own property I've been asked to submit my tax return as well as my PAYE tax proof as part of the documentation for f&f.

Is this required as HMRC are a creditor or does everyone in this position have to do this?

Thanks

Yes you will need to comply so the IP can verify what you have recorded in your tax return.

Thanks Lisa, do you think the current tax year is sufficient or would they need previous years?

Is your IVA in place?

Is this the first review?

They should check tax returns for the period/s since your IVA started.
