Well it really is party time on the forum tonight!!!

Image Excellent News Phil - the very best. So so pleased for you. Three out of three today - just fantastic. And I totally agree with you everyone on here is so fabtastic and so patient and kind. When you think about it I wonder if anyone goes into an IVA or debt probs without loads of other baggage elsewhere too? So not only do we have to try and sort the debt things out there is also the other stuff going on. But when you hear such good news like today - it gives so much hope.

Thanks guys and well well done.

And of course to all the experts on the forum Image we are in awe and in your debt ........ will 1p in the pound do?

Have a great night Phil and have a fab weekend. Image

Fantastic news Phil, you really deserve it.

I've been following your (somewhat twisty-turny) progress whilst keeping a general tab on the forum, and few can surely say they have had as difficult time as you.

Any way, albeit I'm concentrating on getting all the required documentation to IVA Advice Bureau at the moment (final piece going tonight), I hope to contribute more to the forum in the future so I'll hopefully catch you then.

Mark

Well done Phil and Cleardebt.
What with your IVA and Man Utd torturing their fans I've been a bag of nerves. I can relax now!!!

Phil that is absolutely great news (especially the MBNA not voting be as that would be a bonus if the same happens for me) I'm so glad that things have worked out for you and given your list of creditors I'm feeling very confident that things will work out good with mine.

Yeah Phil, that just seems so crazy, I'm in to them for over 30k as my biggest creditor and with all their criteria for accepting an IVA seems weird to then not vote. But a result for you. Happy days!
