Hi ive been in IVA for about 2 years now, my wife is in DMP my IVA practitioner contacted me a few weeks ago saying that as part of my terms of my IVA that my wife was suppose to look for work and then work in order to contribute to the plan, my wife has been applying for jobs but unable to secure one, I then got an email from my IVA company saying that she is going to approach the Insolvency Practitioner so as to ensure they are compliant with the terms of my IVA. What does this mean?

Hi,

I haven't a clue on this - hopefully on the experts or a more knowledgeable poster will be along with some advice later.

Just bumping this back up.

Is there something written in your proposal along those lines?

One of our experts will be along and advise if not do talk to your IP as they are best placed to give case specific advice. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
