Hi SDS44 as i didn't have any equity in my house and i'd also been able to prove that there had been a decline in my area of housing prices plus i'd been able to increase my payments over the last 4 years to meet the 63pence in the pound that was agreed at the outset i only had to make up a short fall of just over £740 which is what i'm now paying. It really depends on what your IVA agreement says regarding equity, i'd give them another week and then i would definately approach them, or indeed try and email Eleanor McKinnon. Good luck and fingers crossed.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.
IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.
