I got the mass variation letter. As far as I`m concerned I always refused PPI but it would seem there was some involved along the way as some weeks ago to my surprise I got a small cheque off PayPlan for it !! If you were unaware of it then it`s mis-sold, end of.
I look upon the variation proposals as a sensible and welcome development which will guard against completion delays where PPI claims are still ongoing.

Hi! What do payplan mean by the mass variation? Sorry but I'm not too sure of what this means? We completed our IVA with them earlier this year and received our cc within 3 months!

I`m guessing its a way of changing a lot of IVA`s at the same time instead of creditors having to consider each individual variation application. The PPI and VAT issues effect just about everyone.

We had one of these letters as well. I think most Payplan current clients received them.

hopefully it means they will be able to issue cc even you have on going claims with ppi or vat.this will allow those claims to be sorted out after your cc is issued at the proper iva conclusion.good solution me thinks.
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards
