I received my competion certificate in early August, I was contacted by EIC the same week, I was told that since I already had my completion certificate any monies recovered would be mine, I queried this with GT and they confirmed this fact.
I signed a letter of authority in August, EIC have rang my home twice since then, I was at work both times so my wife gave them my works number but they didn't ring, I have since e'mailed EIC (5 weeks ago) to ask what they want, no reply, so to hell with it I'm just going to forget them and get on with my life.
I feel really sorry for anyone who is waiting for their completion certificate while relying on EIC to do a quick job, from personal experience they are absolutely useless.
It's scandalous that this PPI claim fiasco is another hoop IVA debtors have to jump through [:(!][:(!][:(!]
IVA COMPLETED ON THE 17th MARCH, FINAL I&E COMPLETED 26th APRIL, COMPLETION CERTIFICATE ARRIVED 2nd AUGUST
