Thats very interesting, I might just get in touch - don't like the idea of my face being splashed on telly but I also don't like being ripped off and bullied by a company that doesn't think there is anything wrong with a 60K IVA costing 20K to run.

Well Chris

I agree with you, most of us would hate our friends/family to see us splashed around associated with debt and thats why the bad companies are getting away with it all. I read somewhere that 1 in 5 people are in debt now.

IVA's are a good thing for those wanting to pay the debts and keep assets. So are holidays, respite care homes etc, etc etc. When things go wrong with the former, things are done fast and distress is limited to all concerned. The shame of being in debt keeps wrong doing, over charging, misselling etc behind closed doors. It should all come out in the open. We did borrow the money and it is our fault we are in this situation. However, if we are caught speeding, or breaking the law in a minor way, we expect to be treated fairly, so it should be with IVA's. This is just my opinion though.

Good luck with your fee's problem Chris, I hope you can put this wrong doing to right.

I asked God for an answer, I have to live with his reply.
