well done

next step is to enrol with CRAs to keep an eye on your credit file. checkmyfile are good £7.99 a month and they pull together Callcredit , Experian & equifax

Also , keep checking insolvency register to see when you drop off. You can contact them and then email your completion certificate and they will take it off for you; you can of course wait for your IVA co to do this.

As you were DFD , as indeed i was , you might find it will be quicker to submit your Completion Certificate yourself to the Insolvency service ( 3 weeks after they issed mine thy still hadnt sent it to the insolvency service )

Keep an eye out for equifax trying to be helpful and placing a notice of correction on your credit file explaining your IVA ha completed. This actually keeps the IVA there for ever and you would never get credit. If this happens post again and i will post the tel no that Skippy kindly recently posted

Please dont think im a smart ass , just been there & worn the t-shirt & thought the above pointers may help

well done again

HERETODAY & ORCHID5 - im rooting for you both, as your time must be coming anytime soon !!
