As I said before, whether you choose Melanie, DFD, Clearstart, Blair Endersby, myself or anyone else, the most important thing is that you are happy with the advice that you have been given.

Personally, I prefer clients that call me 10 times a day to those that seem a little blase and don't seem that bothered, at least then I know that they are deadly serious about sorting things out and whatever obstacles may or may not be thrown my way subsequently, I at least have someone genuine to work with.

I suspect Melanie will tell you exactly the same.

Regards.

Absolutely Mike - and experience also tells me that those who are most inquisitive about the process in the first place are those who will be getting their certificate after five years.

I would certainly recommend Debt-Free Direct.

From Day 1 they set out my options - we had 3 in-depth phone conversations to make sure things were clearly understood - and a very accurate proposal was prepared - the BR option was fully explained to me AND they sent me a letter to once again remind me of the Bankruptcy choice which I had to sign and return before proceeding. They could not have made things any clearer.

Since then - my 1st. Anniversary passed with a perfectly fair monthly payment increase relative to my annual pay award. Absolutely no complaints. Debt-Free Direct have ALWAYS responded promptly to the few queries I have had and have given me down-to-earth and plain-speaking advice throughout. Just what I needed to be honest.

I like to think that I am an "honorary" member of Melanies fan club - as her free advice here is unrivalled. But I do get fed up with some of the criticism of the big providers so often seen on the forum - I am talking from my own personal experience and my own story has been great so far.

I was SO disappointed when Andy said (on another thread) he thought I may be on someones Payroll - Andy I promise on my life that I am on NOONES Payroll - I am just trying to reflect that - so far - I have had a very very good and very very supportive relationship with my IVA Provider. I hope it is OK to place that experience on the Forum.

Thank You.

Mrs Skint, I think the same thing myself but I wasn't fed up in the slightest when that was taken, I was actually sat at my computer at home logged on to this forum!!

To say that I am not photogenic would be a little of an understatement I'm afraid.........
