Hi,
Welcome to the forum,
I am no expert but I'm sure you can include personal debts to the Inland Revenue in an IVA.
I am sure an expert will be along shortly to give you a definate answer and more detailed advice.

Yes personal Inland Revenue debt can be included in an IVA.
