Hi Yorky and welcome to the forum

I assume that you are in an IVA which has been agreed between you and your creditors. Why would you want to reduce your payments? Are you currently struggling to repay them? The only person who can help you to deal with this is your own IP.

Hi yorkie a few of us have had thes letters my husband and i both received one from integrity. They have just got your name from the insolvency register and in effect will offer either to try to end your iva via a remortgage or by bankrupcy, eother way they will charge you for the privaledge. If you are happy with your iva and have no problems why change anything. As Melanie says if you have any problems your IP shoould be your first port of call. Personally mine went straight to the shredder.

Agree with Ang

Shredd it...................

Generally the only way these companies can reduce your payments are by re-mortgage of your property to settle the IVA early or make you bankrupt.

And they will charge you a fee for there service. Your IP is the best person to speak with.
