You will be charged annual fees but they will be added in your monthly contributions, they do not have to be paid upfront

The IPs fees are generally built into the IVA proposal and drawn out of the money you pay over with the prior approval of your creditors. The fees can vary in line with the specific circumstnaces of your case, but these days are generally based on a percentage of the amount that you pay over.
