This is how weak my heart is at the moment. Went out to get the paper earlier, standing waiting for the lift with my ipod on, wasn't expecting anyone in the lift at all, door opens and my neighbour jumped in right behind me, It scared me so much, it made me go into atrial fibrillation for a short while. Alright now though, not a nice way to start the morning. How on earth am I going to be able to cope waiting for my turn in court. ??? Some very serious forward planning is needed, even if I'm rolled in on ambulance stretcher, I will do it though. There is no way I can get out of making a personal appearance, at all.

That wasn't good Quark - it would have made me jump as well!

You'll be fine with the court - it'll be over and done with before you know it.

All the best with the court Quark, I read a lot of people dread it but it's nothing like any of them expect. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Quark you'll be fine with the courts - I know someone who recently went BR and didn't have to see the judge, all dealt with by the clerk.

Good luck.
