my iva last payment is 31st march this year, but my annual review with pp is april do i still have to do one as theyv had all my payslips every month and p60 yearly
Hi there, yes you will need to do a final review as you will still be bound by the iva terms until your certificate of completion is issued to you. It's a requirement of the IP under your proposal from the offset that these will be carried out as per the terms, up until that point.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!
Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA
Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!
You will do your review as it falls due, as they need to check the final year just gone. However, if they have had all of your payslips, I imagine all they will require from you is a statement declaring that you have had no other income during the year. Of course, that will be down to how your IP wishes to conduct the review.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
