Hi Kevin,

The PPI will likely be need to be declared to your IP, as it may have been written into your proposal that any assets/after acquired assets are to be captured.

Check your paperwork and see what it says and if in doubt, you could give them a call.
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

It will depending the wording of your iva. It may be as Mrs R states an asset of your arrangement however you may have a clause which allows you to keep it.

It is likely to be sent to GT anyway or you will be asked to sign a declaration of whether you are or have been bankrupt/IVA. It may be too little for GT to actually reopen the case and process the payment so the money could yet come to you.

Hi

I wonder if it will be sent to you via GT ? It can't be cost effective to reopen the case as Michael states

Keep us updated on how you get on
