Are they worked out the same as an IVA re I/E ? And, do the creditors normally agree to freeze interest ? Having to think a bit about this now as NR is my main creditor [:(][:(] and I dont think its looking too good ! Thank you all x
They are worked out in a similar way but there is no guarantee that creditors will freeze interest and charges.
Have you been told that NR won't go with your proposal? They do vote yes sometimes!
Speak with your IP about your doubts and see what they say.

No, not been told anything, as of yet, speakin to my IP tonight. Just recent activity on the forum re NR, and I'm in a similar situation so just trying to think ahead a bit. Im not at all optimistic about this ....... x
I know we have had posters on here accepted by NR, it will be down to your IP to sort this out.
