If somebody is going through a DMP with Payplan/Stepchange
and they are not working, but they are on Jobseekers allowance and getting housing benefit too,
-after the income /expenditure has been done with the company over the phone, then do payplan need these jobseekers letters, and housing benefit letters, to be sent to them ?

Hi, not sure of the answer to your question but I'm sure someone else will be able to so will keep this bumped up for you.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Yes, usually to prove the income that you're receiving. A copy of the latest award notice should suffice.

If you don't have the latest award notices you can request confirmation via the Benefit Centre number (0845 number) ....
Www.gov.uk will also provide the necessary links etc.
