Technicaly yes but it is being payed to purchase those things required for your child to support the disability they have which are above and beyond the normal items you may claimn on your I&E.

You should add this as income on your I&E and then add this as expenditure for the same amount.

Creditors have no right to money payed in this respect.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.

I don't think there will be a problem if it is for the child.

It needs to be included so it offsets the costs of your son's disability. Creditors aren't entitled to this, but it may free up some of your salary income if you have been funding these costs yourself up until now. Make sure you include all the related costs in your expenditure x

Mine goes down as income and out as expenditure. The creditors don't have access to it

Our mobility is not put down at all on the I&E as we never see it - it goes to pay for the car.

Hi our DLA for our daugther was included in our IVA as income apart from the motabolity component as this went to the car company for the car. however when my daughter reached 16 and went to college this money was rightly then put in her name and we had a intrim review and crediotrs meeting our payments was reduced by the amount. hope this helps
